As parents are really busy these days, and with the added draw of mobiles, tablets and TVs it can be difficult to re-connect with our children in a meaningful way through play. I find my children spend a bit too much time sitting in from of the TV after school so we now do a no TV evening once a week. Our no TV day is great as we play together, do jigsaws, colouring or we play games together.
