A couple of weeks ago I received a very exciting email letting me know that I’m a finalist in the Lifestyle category of the Britmums BiBs 2019 awards. Britmums is the UK’s largest network of bloggers and influencers and more than 50,000 votes were cast across the 16 different categories which makes being a finalist even more exciting.
I started this blog about 4 years ago, mainly to do something creative. I’ve always loved photography and a blog was a perfect outlet to showcase my pictures and push myself to get out there and take more. In these 4 years my blog has grown beyond my expectations. I’ve worked with some of my favourite brands and I’ve also made lots of wonderful friends. But above all I’m now doing something I really love and that I’m proud of.
Blogging alongside a full time job and a young family it’s not easy, even harder when English is not my first language; this is why I’m even happier to be a finalist alongside 4 other talented bloggers. This is my second year running being a finalist – in the Fashion & Beauty category last year- and I’d love to win!
Winning this award would mean a lot to me. It’ll make the endless nights finishing posts, editing pictures and dealing with technical issues all worth it. So, if you enjoy reading my lifestyle posts please take a moment to vote for me.
