Savisto Vintage Style PopCorn Maker Review + Giveaway

Autumn is here, the days are shorter and there is a bit of a chill in the air. On these cold, rainy days, there is nothing we love more as a family than to stay in an have a movie night. With movie nights of course, comes popcorn.  The past month we have been trying Savisto Vintage Style Popcorn maker and I have to say we are loving it.

Savisto is a UK based company that specialises in homeware and kitchen accessories with a focus on modern, innovative, cooking and meal prep accessories for style-conscious homeowners. Their Vintage Style popcorn maker comes in a beautiful metallic read and it looks super cool.

When it comes to new kitchen gadgets I am always a bit dubious about buying new ones. I dislike heavy and bulky appliances and try to steer away from them. I was actually amazed how light and compact Savisto Vintage Style Popcorn maker is, not only it’s light but it’s extremely easy to use.  The top lid doubles as a tray to measure the correct amount of kernels -as you know a little bit goes a long way, you then pour then onto the chamber and press the button. It only takes a few minutes and the popcorn is ready to eat!

There is no need to add oil or butter as the popcorn maker uses circulated hot air to pop the kernels so it is a healthier, low calorie snack  virtually fat free. My kids like salty popcorn so we add a tiny bit to ours once it’s cooked. You could also add butter, honey or any other flavourings or seasonings you like.

Savisto Vintage style popcorn maker comes with six red and white striped, cinema style popcorn boxes for an authentic experience. The popcorn boxes are a real hit with my kids, they keep saying they are just like in the cinema.

  1. I really want one of these now!!!! How cool would it be for our movie afternoons to be able to whip up some popcorn!
  2. My 3 year old niece brought round some microwave popcorn to make one time. We didn't have a microwave and she was disappointed. This would be brilliant to make popcorn with her. We still don't have a microwave.
  3. we have regular movie nights with our children, this would be perfect for those! would love experimenting with flavours!
  4. We love popcorn in our house -tend to buy the microwaveable stuff but our microwave is too small for the bag to spin around and it always gets burnt! This would be a godsend to us.
  5. Great giveaway. Would be great fun to use over christmas with the kids on a snuggle nights with goodies and a dvd x
  6. A popcorn maker is on my list of things I'd love to have. And now having 2 kids it would be so quick and easy to make some up
  7. My son loves his popcorn this would be lovely :) I Think the boxes would be a great hit with my son Leo as well, I also like its healthier and using no oil. I may ask santa for one :)
  8. This popcorn maker looks fabulous! We love popcorn but have never tried to make it at home as I would probably burn my frying pan! We've only ever had the microwave popcorn that you make at home and that never tastes the same as making fresh popcorn!
