Last year I wrote about Spanish children clothes, you can read the posts here and here. As the posts were so popular I thought I’d introduce you to some other Spanish brands. Not a children one this time, but an accessory one. Zubi is a relatively new handbag brand, the brainchild of the Zubizarreta sisters, Mercedes and Elena. Each one of their bags is printed with a photo shot by the sisters during one of their travels or a photo taken from their personal archives, the bag is then named after the place where the photograph was taken.
The brand is distinguished by their original designs, the quality of their materials and it’s 100% made in Spain, also each bag is unique, which is something I love.
Zubi’s bags are printed on different materials, tweed, canvas, leather but always making sure the quality is not compromised.
I love that more and more entrepeneurs in Spain are coming out with great and unique business ideas. I think it’s great and I love that Zubi is 100% handmade in Spain.
Those that know me, know how much I love accessories, especially bags. I do have a bit of a bag problem and I can’t stop buying them. As a handbag lover I have been lusting after Zubi’s bags for a while, until I finally got myself a pouch in the Christmas sales and I am really pleased with it. I know it’s a bag I will have for years and the best thing about it is that it’s very unique, and I won’t probably see many around like mine.
Zubi do not have a shop in the UK but they do sell through their online shop and they do ship worldwide.
