It’s beginning to look a lot like a gold Christmas at Homesense

I was delighted when Homesense invited me to their Christmas Party a few days ago in Birmingham. A pre-festive meet up for a chance to catch up with fellow bloggers, meet new ones and also have a look at Homesense Christmas range, what’s not to like?

The chosen venue was the Lost & Found, a cocktail bar & restaurant in Birmingham’s popular area of Bennett’s Hill. Right in the city centre, just tucked away from the hustle and bustle of New Street, Corporation Street and the Bullring.  A beautiful building with a very impressive entrance, as soon as we stepped in, I knew it was going to be a great night. Homesense had “The Bar Behind The Bookcase” area reserved, how cool is that? Yes, an actual bar behind a bookcase. The choice of venue could not have been any better, and it was the perfect location to host a party.

I was quite curious to see Homensense Christmas collection. Homesense is a store I love. Sister brand to TK Maxx, they offer savings of up to 60% on branded homeware. I always pop over just for a browse and I end up buying half the shop!

The cocktail shakers below were amongst my favourite items. Gold is the colour of the moment so these would look great at home during the festive season. They are quite bold but really nice and they surely be a talking point at any Christmas party.

This “Peace” sign also caught my eye. It would be a great piece for my living room especially as gold and marble are really on trend at the moment.

Prosecco, canapes and lot’s of bloggers together, it was really a great evening. I loved having the chance to check Homesense Christmas range and I will be surely  popping over to my local store to pick up some decorations.

Thanks Homesense for the invitation, and the HIBS100 team for organising the party.
