School holidays are the perfect time of the year to enjoy the outdoors. We are very lucky to have so many open spaces and parks in London, but unfortunately the British weather is very unpredictable. This is why Westfield Stratford City wants to make sure we experience the best of the outdoors indoors, with their summer park.
Westfield Stratford City Summer Park is open until 4th September and it’s perfect for a family day out. The park is themed with real trees, park gazebos, a Dory pool for zorbing and lot’s of other Dory-inspired activities.
For kids there is plenty going on including story telling, face painting, games and hair brading. There are also some amazing competitions during the event.
It’s not just for children, the adults will be able to pop over to the Freixenet Ice Bar to enjoy a free sample; a cocktail or a glass of Freixenet Cordon Negro or Freixenet Cordon Rosado. I have mentioned before how I love to support Spanish brands, and Freixenet is one, so I will make sure I will visit them when I visit the park.
There is also the chance to find out a bit about Barbados, sample world-famous rum, enjoy flower arranging and many more activities.
Westfield Stratford City Summer Park is the perfect place to go if you are looking for any activities to do with your little ones these last couple of weeks before school starts.
The Park is open until the 4th September and it is located in The Gallery, Ground Floor and under the Canopy at Chestnut Plaza. The opening hours are 12-8 Weekdays & Saturdays, and 12-6 Sundays.
Have you visited the park at Westfield Stratford City or are you thinking of visiting?
